By plane: Airport “Amerigo Vespucci” Florence.
By train: Railway station “Firenze Santa Maria Novella”.
By car: The easiest way is taking the Highway A1 and exit at “Firenze Certosa”. Take the direction to Florence and follow the indications to “CENTRO-PORTA ROMANA”, then the indications to “PORTA SAN FREDIANO”. Next to the Porta San Frediano there is parking and the beginning of Via dell’ Orto.
Otherwise, if you arrive from the Highway A11, before you get to the exit “FIRENZE NORD”, follow the indication to the Highway A1, direction ROMA, and then exit at “FIRENZE CERTOSA” (follow as above).
