L’appartamento, che presenta pavimenti in cotto e soffitti in travi di legno, è composto da ampio soggiorno con comodo divano letto a due posti, cucina in muratura, grande camera da letto con letto “king-size” matrimoniale divisibile, bagno con vasca e box doccia, ripostiglio.
L’appartamento è dotato di tutte le stoviglie per la cucina, piano cottura a 4 fuochi, lavastoviglie, forno elettrico, forno a microonde, frigorifero con freezer, lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro, lettore CD, TV satellitare, riscaldamento singolo, aria condizionata, asciugacapelli, ed una piccola cassaforte; nell’ambiente cucina c'è un delizioso forno a legna.

Delightful flat situated in the heart of the Florentine quarter called Oltrarno (beyond the river Arno), on the first floor of a nice and small building, a few steps from del Carmine church (famous for the Brancacci Chapel with the recently restored frescoes by Masaccio) and from the historical town center- Within 10 minutes walk you can reach Pitti square and the Old Bridge (Ponte Vecchio) - or if you prefer, the city center bus stops a few meters from home.
The flat, easily reachable from the Highway A1, is at the edge of the city’s so called “ traffic limited Zone” and has near and comfortable parking places- Very Close to the apartment there are craftmen’s workshops and other activities, such as restaurants, cafes, trattorias, laundries, internet-points, etc., which are interesting to pass by and discover.
The flat, which has terracotta brick flooring and beamed ceiling, is made up of a large living-room with a comfortable 2 seat day-bed, a country-style kitchen, a big bed room with a king size bed that can be separated, a bathroom with tub and shower and a little storeroom.
Fully equipped kitchen, with all kitchenware, gas cooking rings, a dish-washer, an electric oven and a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, a washing-machine, an ironing-board and iron, a CD-player, satellite-TV, central heating, air-conditioning, a hair-dryer and a small safe.
In the kitchen there is also a nice firewood oven.
Towels and linens are available and included in both the daily and weekly stay.

In pochissimi minuti si possono raggiungere Piazza della Signoria e la Galleria degli Uffizi; comodissimi parcheggi e la facilità con la quale può essere raggiunto provenendo dall’autostrada A1, rendono la posizione di questo appartamento strategica per chi voglia passare una vacanza immerso nella Firenze vera, ma in piena tranquillità.

This flat is situated very close to S.Croce square, one of the most beautiful squares in Florence, and on the so called Lungarno (along the river Arno), on the ground floor of a residential building.
Few minutes walk, you can reach Signoria square and the Uffizi gallery.
Very comfortable parking places and the easily reachable highway A1 make this flat a strategic location for people who want to spend a holiday in the true Florentine life, but at the same time have some peace and quiet.
In this quarter there are several craftmen’s workshops (within a stone’s throw the characteristic Flea Market “Mercatino delle Pulci”) - restaurants and shops where you can find whatever you want or need.
The apartment is made up of a hall, a large living room with a comfortable 2-seat day bed and a kitchen, a bedroom with a king size bed that can be separated and a desk, a bathroom with shower.
The flat was completely restored in 2003; it was updated with terracotta brick floor, and the original ceiling with wooden beams from the seventeenth century was discovered.

When paying the balance, a deposit of 250 Euro is required for eventual damages

the apartment has been checked.
The apartment (unless otherwise agreed upon) will be given after 17:00 on the
day of arrival and vacated before 11:00 on the day of departure.

If you come by car, communicating your number plate in advance, we can get you a parking permission near home for a low cost.
